The Mind Attacks...

The mind loves to play tricks. It always feels it deserves #1 spot and is over-competitive in nature.

Trickster is the proper name. Minds loves to distract you from what is real.

In order to function, it needs authority. We are solely responsible for giving authority.

Our minds know ways to find weak spots. Hit us where it hurts the most.

We occupy a certain thought. Become stuck in it. Unable to really breathe. Unable to feel.

Our eyes are flying from 1 thing to another. Hard time being here. Unable to slow down the time.

But when we do manage it, true ecstasy. Not the one from laboratory... Bliss that overcomes everything.

New perception. The way you perceive everything has changed.

Nothing will be the same. Ever. We need to reclaim our power from the mind.

Unite with the breath in every way possible, as frequently as possible.

Activate your whole being with single breath. Grab that fresh prana. Transform everything into prana.

We can do it, we have that superpower.

We can transform all kinds of shit in energy.

But one of the most important - air, is all around you.

Just go check it out yourself.

There is free air everywhere. Alright, maybe not the cleanest, everywhere.

But, by doing it consciously you can make dirty clean...

There is not a single thing, that can stop you - when you reclaim your power.

Clean that space a bit, with some good ol' sage...
