Sometimes YOU Need A Break.
And that's how it should be.
If you feel like you are constantly hungry, eating but can't get full - you probably need a break.
Sometimes, all you really do need is some quality sleep.
Some me time, chilling with your self in the dark.
Breathing is sometimes helpful... since we forget to do it consciously
When shit hits the fan though... not even breathing will help, you need to rest it out
Not the real you, but your body. Body is sensitive... same is with brain, if our brains weren't constantly bombarded we wouldn't have to sleep every day
It's the brain that needs rest... along with the body. Not you.
Observe, listen to your body and see what made it feel this way.
Is there a certain relationship that's taking away from you, or maybe few?
Are you doing something lately you know in yourself, is not really beneficial in any way?
Sometimes, no matter how hard you try - you'll just continue feeling drained like shit.
Often it happens cause we put the focus on physical and ignore spiritual.
We ignore our chakras and act like they are non-existent.
When in reality, no matter how strong your body is if a single chakra is blocked the energy flow will not be in its original state...
That's why we need constant breaks.
Breaks from people that don't understand energy exchange...
Breaks from certain actions, thoughts, patterns, foods, functioning in general
Sometimes your body will just be done with playing roles.
It will say to you: I'm done with this shit, can I just be
You need to listen to it. You need to try and ensure all the good for your body while maintaining focus on the invisible parts of yourself
Physical is not really hard to take care of... Spiritual is a bit more complex, cause we tend to follow the I don't see it so it doesn't exist, pattern
But its not like that. Everything you can imagine exists... everything you ever thought of as well, we are in a giant invisible web of information that's constantly flowing
Only problem is there is lot of bullshit flowing as well... damaging frequencies, cell towers, WIFI's, particles in the air that don't allow us to breath good etc.
All of that shit is constantly trying to bring you down. Not just bring you down, keep you down - right there in the low frequency where you can't manifest good things for yourself
That's why you need a break, or a few. Until you feel like you are truly ready to take on new challenges, write new stories about your life... make sure to rest as long as you need
It's really nothing shocking, just the craving from your body to get in balance... or craving from your brain, anyway, you need to balance it all
Perfectly balanced body and mind will allow you to touch the essence of your being.
That's why you came here, to recognize the real you. From that point, everything that manipulated you will disappear in a moment, and you'll finally experience reality for what it is.
That is why you need a break, or a two - or three. In a well rested body you'll be able to focus on what is real easier.
Recognize what is real and what is not.
Recognize the things that fulfill you and understand the ones that drain you... it is a necessity for a healthy life
When you manage to do it, take as long as you need and repeat the process - until you feel good.
Get a routine, certain set of rituals that will make your day soon after you wake up.
For an example, great kick-start to the metabolism in the morning is water mixed with lemon...
Super efficient way to clean your tongue is by pulling the coconut oil.
If you want to breathe good throughout the day you might wanna use the Jala Neti technique... etc etc.
The point is, there are tens of thousands of potential rituals that can change your life every single day and get you closer to your real self.
Don't think that's just a random thing to do... rituals if right, will become the fundamental part of your human experience.
Get rid of bad rituals and implement the ones that encourage growth. That way you'll touch the peace inside yourself and experience this reality in a completely new, magical & profound way.

We are all just humans playing this human game for a while, its normal that sometimes we make mistakes and need to rest it out.
I traveled more than 100 miles on foot last 7 days, along with climbing a mountain and numerous yoga sessions all while being under heavy detox session.
Obviously it's a no shocker as to why my brain is literally dead (along with the body) and I'm finding it hard to focus on this post.
Hopefully it will mean something to someone. If it doesn't, that's perfectly fine as well.
