How I Eat? (Introduction Post)

Usually, when I explain this to someone who is not deep in the rabbit hole they start looking at me like I'm crazy.

Since I share my journey on various social media lot of time I encounter trolls who are trying to discredit what I do, talking about science bla bla bla not realizing how they have been brainwashed by that same science.

Science is something that maybe mattered at some point of time, but it's hard to have respect for it when things stand like they do now.

Just a mediocre company, with a bit higher budget can manipulate pretty much whoever they want into some manipulated scientific research that will propagate their hidden agenda.

Real scientists usually get silenced by the governments, moguls etc resulting in them losing their reputation & much times even worse things

In a reality like that, they tend to chase security rather than heroism & end up adjusting to the system.

One good example recently is, spreading the BS globally how coconut oil is bad for health (& the research was financed by canola oil company). There are numerous other examples but they aren't worth my words at this point of time

What matters is, my nutrition plan. How I managed to get in the best mental & physical shape ever by doing everything contrary to what I've been taught.

This is gonna be a introductory post just to let you know briefly how I go through the day. I'll elaborate on every specific aspect in the future present moments, currently I'm at the beach stealing Wi-Fi (& my battery is low)

How I Eat?

I fast throughout most of my day, majority of the time for 23 hours straight. Usually I eat in the early afternoon & as time passed, I developed habits that are perfectly fitting my body needs.

Throughout the fast, sometimes I do it dry & other times I drink liquids such as water from the source, various organic teas etc

What matter is, this kind of nutrition plan teaches you what eating is about. It's not about eating due to emotions, false hunger etc but rather is something that you do to upgrade your DNA & become super human

When you start eating like this, cleaner as you get, your body becomes so sensitive that you are unable to handle pretty much anything artificial

I tried once & I spent whole day sitting on the toilette, my stomach was broken...

I eat around 1000 Calories daily, yet I do my cardio every single day (at least 20 000 steps) & one more exercise before the feast... I'm never hungry, I'm more alert than anyone I know & my mind is perfectly clear through the whole day

The goal of this nutrition plan is to eliminate as much toxins as you can (daily) & eat exactly what you need at exactly right time

My food usually consists of 70% raw unprocessed foods & superfoods & 30% cooked/baked plantbased meals.

You need to find the right balance that suits you fine. As I eat only once a day, it is priority for me to ingest as many micronutrients as I can & I usually do it through superfood smoothie

In nutrition like this, the key is moderation. Without moderation you can't achieve pretty much anything, especially eat all nutrients you need in 1 hour space.

Food is beautiful & becomes part of us, but emotional overeating & overeating in general, or just eating wrong foods makes life way much more complicated

That's why, I urge you to try fasting in the beginning, go through the hard times & you'll start to hear your body way much better

Believe me, body is a miracle machine that functions so perfectly that it's hard for our mind to comprehend it. After all, we are just humans :D
