WINTER WONDERLAND

This morning I rose,
and wiggled my toes.

By the window, I stand,
gazing at a Winter Wonderland!

The snow is so soft,
a gift from Jack Frost.

I was excited to see
the magnificent snow covered trees.

Boston had a nor’easter.
There’s no time to sit on my keister.

There’s shoveling to do,
but I’m not blue.

Outside to shovel,
it’s really no trouble.

Some see it as a task;
instead, in nature’s beauty I bask.

Outside comes my son,
time for some fun.

The first snowball is tossed.
The opportunity is not lost

to play
on this glorious day!

      It's only on very rare occasions that we see snow here in southern Spain, so it is great to see it in your photographs. Well Done.
