My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2022🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

Hey everybody and thanks 🙏 for stopping by today! 😎👍

Upon arising from bed and showering, I headed up to my loft to finally listen to the FRN’s 2022 food summit. I’ve had to hold off due to my work schedule and blockchain duties, but was finally free to listen! Just with one interview of many, I’m learning about food-not only the nutritional value, but food as medicine. I’m looking 👀 forward to listening to more!

After that, I gathered all the equipment and set us up for music, we began working on the set for Sunday worship. It’s a good set of music 😎🎶 Then it was time for lunch.

Once that was done, just @silvertop and I headed out. Jan was headed to watch a softball 🥎 game. We headed to Westergreen’s trails.

We found some fresh Bear scat as well!😳🐻

@actifit-lamb along with Winchester and Wilbur came with today. We stopped by the small lake so they could get out and stretch their hooves!

Something got this duck egg from the lake and had a snack. It’s unfortunate but it happens.

Found a pretty butterfly 🦋 sunning itself.
