JM pissed me off not-too-long go and I have promised NEVER to do business with them again. This post only reinforces my decision, so I thank you for that! Good luck, friend!
What do you think about their $10 credit offfer they gave me?
How do you feel about it? I think the better question is, how much less would you have been willing to pay for the quality you did receive? If the answer is $10 less, then you should be satisfied. My problem is that I like to be loyal and generous with my funds. The LEAST a vendor can do is work to ensure my satisfaction, especially when they are dealing with a commodity product. What they should do is nurture my loyalty. I always allow for human error and give opportunity for them to make it right, but if the vendor chooses to defend their shitty actions by hiding behind policy, procedure, or protocol, I'm OUT real quickly and I make damn sure I do whatever I can to hit em where it hurts, right in the coin purse! So I've already decided I will discourage anyone from spending 1 brown penny at JM, forever. If that changes I will let you all know!
Great points, I 100% agree. If they gave me a $50 credit I would be satisfied with that. I am still awaiting their response. They have done a great job giving me above expected quality in the past, so they have done a good job of building my loyalty prior to this. I guess we will see what happens.

Great pick ups, my friend!
I mean, I feel like they are not as great for the price I paid for them though. Now if they were in the advertised condition, yes fantastic pick up indeed! Hopefully I will get offered a fair discount this time since it seems I cannot get these squares in the condition that the ad represents.

They are cool it sucks that they are defects though.
my thoughts exactly.

UPDATE:
JM Bullion finally contacted me back after a waiting for a response for over a week. They once again only offered me a $10 credit, even though they made the same mistake twice. They also admitted their whole stock has these defects, and have not changed the description on their websight. They are still advertised as in "brand new"/"high-luster" condition. 100% false advertising & terrible customer support on this.
Shame on you JM! Thanks for the update. It helps confirm my commitment to NEVER buy from them again. It makes me happy to know I've easily deprived them of $500+ since they screwed me. I've also found several other reputable sites and I don't even visit their site anymore. Good luck @elamental!
