How we find happiness
For me: trying to be grateful. It is not a feeling that comes immediately, so you have to provoke yourself a bit by imagining what life would be when you lose certain things in your life. Like how would you sleep in winter without a roof over your head ? It takes much time, but it trains your brain to search for good stuff, which results in happiness and I Striv to be the best version of myself I can. I'm not saying it's 100% effective, but getting stuff done and improving myself won't make me less happy.
