Official Report: Delivery steem.amal aids to Zurraturrahmi and Budget Meeting in Pidie Jaya

50% of the payout will be used to support steem.amal field operational expenses

As it has been published by Pidie Jaya steem.amal field coordinator @nazarul, steem.amal Pidie Jaya team has handed over and completed the Community Economic Development Program in Pidie Jaya. The beneficiary of the program is Zurraturahmi in Muelasah Raya village, Meurah Dua sub-district, Pidie Jaya regency. This is the first Economic Development Program in Pidie Jaya as a part of 12 beneficiaries in total for the second economic development program initiated by steem.amal.

For Zurraturahmi steem.amal handed some of the snacks for her to re-sell in her room, and some other daily needs. While the main program is providing the chicken for her to support the finances of the family, steem amal also support her with the basic need and some cash assistance.

For the second phase of the Economic Development program in Pidie Jaya, steem.amal has been allocated the support for 3 beneficiaries. Out of those 3, one beneficiary has received the program and the rest will be delivered soonest possible. The total amount of support is Rp. 3,890,000 (38.9 SBD).

Evaluation and Budget Meeting In Pidie Jaya

In the evening, when I returned from Pidie for delivering some Aid kits for PMI (Indonesian Red Cross), I managed to stop in Pidie Jaya for a budget meeting with the team leader. The meeting is about discussing the Housing Project Budget and Steem Promotion Budget. It is important to increase the budget for housing construction projects after deep analysis and the requirement of the program implementation in the field.

Below is the minutes meeting:

1. Housing project budget will be increased from Rp. 30,000,000 (300 SBD)/3 months become Rp 100,000,000 (1000 SBD)/3 months to cover the construction of simple house.

2. Start to allocate the steem promotion budget as much as Rp 15,000,000 (150 SDB)/3 months

3. Finalization of the economic development program for 2 more beneficiaries in Pidie Jaya, identify 2 beneficiaries in Pidie

4. Postpone the additional Economic Development Program in Bireuen, before completing the first 3 beneficiaries which have been surveyed by @curiesea a week ago.

5. Start to set the pre-delivery household for emergency response

The Overall Budget for 3 months of the steem.amal program can be seen in the table below:

In the table above, it can be seen that from the initial available budget, steem.amal has plotted for 6 major programs and the steem.amal needs Rp. 73,229,056.56 to cover all program expenses.

We believe that the budget requirement can be met because the scholarship program is developed for one year since that is started. We expected the initial budget plan will be fully reached within 3 months.
