Welcome to Episode Fourteen of the Matrix Soulutions podcast, where we are exploring beautiful, cutting edge solutions to the problems that we face.

This week, we are exploring seven areas that all contribute to the creation and maintenance of vibrant health in your life. Some of these areas are either taken for granted, assumed to be unchangeable or just never looked at.

Today, we are moving into the mental realm to an area that affects every aspect of life.

Our ingrained beliefs and behaviours.

For most of us, our beliefs seem true. However, objectively, this can not be the case, as we all have different beliefs.

Therefore, by exploring this area of life, it's possible to change the beliefs that are limiting us and create new, more empowering thought patterns and therefore behaviours in life.

More than anything, beliefs and behaviours allow you to change your life, as they control the actions you take.

In addition, they also have a profound effect on your emotional and then physical health as you become open to new possibilities of healing.
