It has been 40 years since the Philippines won the Miss Universe title. And then she joined. And she broke the chain. Ms universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach visiting the city of Baguio. One of the gayest moment of my life haha!

Would be a nicer photo if the face of Pia is not in the shadows but considering its taken with a smartphone, its pretty acceptable
