The Diary Game// 25 April 2024// Another busy meeting day

Hello,

I come your way once again to share my honorable diaries with us all. I strongly believe that we will have fun going through this entry.

To be frank, this week has been tiring although the week has not yet come to an end, it has not been easy. Today has been Thursday, I wish it was Friday. However, I can not change the time just like that.

As a result, I woke up in the morning and went through my usual morning routine. These morning routines involved cleaning and moving my room. I also took it upon myself to get some water down since it has become a normal routine for them to close the tape.

When I was done with those morning responsibilities and duties, I went to take my bath in the bathroom and I got dressed up. I then left the house to work as quickly as I could. Upon leaving the house I spent about 9 minutes to get to the workplace.

Just as I normally do, I went in to log my details for reporting to work. I then have to give my pen to a colleague to also do the same. I went to the lab as well to clean my workbench. Right after I was done I was told there would be a meeting around 10 AM. And that the whole Laboratory will be meeting our head of department and also the director of the institution.

I then planned that I have to do something as soon as possible. This is for the fact that I have to go and get something to eat. I am aware that when we start that particular meeting, it will take a while. Fortunately or unfortunately, I was called by my LandLord.

I then came home to listen to the reason for which he was calling and while I was listening to him. I kept rice on fire. I was already having stew hence I did not hesitate to get a new one. We spoke for bout 15 minutes before I left for my room. Intermittently I do check to ensure that the rice is not burnt.

Upon several checks, I noticed it was done for eating, as such I took the bowl and went to fetch the quantity I could eat. I then went ahead to eat it and left for the workplace again. When I got there the meeting had started hence I went with them to ensure that I joined them.

Together with the head of the department and the equipment of the institution, the meeting lasted for over 2 hours and we were then closed. We returned to the lab to do other duties and I did ensure that every other thing was in place.

My colleague came to do a lot of scanning and after he was done, we went ahead to submit those documents online. We were fortunate to have gotten all these other goods.

We then did several other things and we had to close and go home. Ideally, the meeting brought most of the energy down and it was unfortunate for us. However, the energy was there for us to do what we normally do and we went home to rest.

After that, I went to the administration, stores to go and request toner for the printer we have at the lab. Because we could not give out the details, it was not an issue. I went to the stores and I was given the toner I requested.

I then carried it and brought it to the laboratory to fix for the printer. On my way coming to the laboratory. I was able to receive what is called the tools for my work. Fortunately for me on my way, I saw some road construction when we were working at the roadside.

I took a picture of them with their working told and it was nice having seen them coming to the laboratory to do it. They were supposed to construct the road straight from the center to the laboratory to enable easy access. I then came to finish my work and went to rest.
