Country Representative Report Venezuela, Week 25 to 31 July Activities by @Edlili24
Greetings, dear Steem community and all the team!
This report is about my following activities from July 25th to July 31st, during these days I performed the corresponding tasks as representative in my country and as administrator of the communities Steem Venezuela and Stars of Steem both communities chosen for the Steemit Engagement Challenge season 3, the following activities were performed in the period mentioned above week number 2 of the session 3 of the challenge.

With the goal of continuing to support the users of my country and Steemit in general I have reached 17 thousand Sp, I will continue to strive to achieve my Dolphin number 4, thanking in advance the support and hoping in this new period as country representative the support of the Steemit.inc team that is so important to continue to increase the sp and continue to support all users.
I begin by detailing my functions that I performed during the week, mainly vote from my personal account @edlili24 to give use of steem power that with effort I have managed to accumulate plus the delegation of the Steemit team allows me to value the publications and give considerable support to users, I usually support the content of users who publish quality content and Steemexclusive, based on the performance of my steem power during this week or period from July 25 to 31, I gave a total of 832 votes during the 7 days distributed among 555 authors contained in the tags #thediarygame, #steemexclusive #betterlife and Steemit Engagement Challenge, for this week I took it upon myself to leave a vote from my account to each participation of the challenge.
Other very important daily tasks:
During this week number 2 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge the Steem Venezuela community had a participation of 146 users and the Stars of Steem community had a participation of 69 users, in both communities we worked as a team to verify each publication and give it a score, at the end of the week we mention our winners and nominate the three best users for each community.
- Verification of the profiles of users participating in both communities.
- Verification of the profiles in the tools to know if the members of the communities participate in #club5050, #club75, #club100.
- Plagiarism review and verification of Steem Exclusive content.
- Post selection for booming in the Stars of Steem community.
- Filling out booming support sheet for both communities.
- Updating content creation calendars to promote quality posts.
- Voting support with both community accounts @hive-193637 from Steem Venezuela and @hive-151446 from Stars of Steem.
- Making posts from the community accounts, such as the selection of the best posts for Jupiter Wednesday and the Top 5 art in Steem Venezuela.
- Meaningful messages in the posts from the users of both communities.
- Quality posts from my personal account.
- Voting support with my personal account to verified users of all steemit communities.
- Whatsapp support group management to motivate all users to participate in Steemit initiatives.
- Activation of the Steem Venezuela and Stars of Steem Telegram group.
- Steem promotion through the delivery of flyers.
- Special support with the account @sv-beca to the best publications of the day.
- Warning by message of threat of identity theft, silence these messages in the communities to which I have access.
- Revision of the rules for the Steemit Engagement Challenge.
- Updated the Steemit Engagement Challenge sheet for the second week contest.
- Sending out nominees and summary of the Steemit Engagement Challenge via discord.
- Report of plagiarism and abuse of users in the Steemit Engagement Challenge entries.
- Report the chosen booming week 1 and 2 of the Community Stars of Steem.

In Every publication made from my account @edlili24 contains helpful information for the users that read me, it is also important to highlight that I make quality publications with the objective of being an example for all the users that see my publications, I make my participation for the Steemit Engagement Chellenge every time I have the opportunity, in this last week I have dedicated myself to community work together with my colleagues from both community teams, the reorganization of activities is always indispensable to keep us updated, my activities I perform them out of a sense of responsibility and for that reason I fulfill the daily tasks according to my capacity.
