INTRODUCTION

Hello my fellow steemians, how are you'll doing, i trust you are all doing fine and enjoying your day.
You're welcome to another interesting contest in Recreative Steem (@hive-141434) community which was organized by @nelsondoor, and the theme of the contest is Drawing a Reptile.
In today's post i will be drawing a Crocodile and showing you the steps i used in Drawing it.

STEPS ON HOW TO DRAW A CROCODILE

Step one

I sketch out a crocodile on my drawing paper

Step two

Then i trace it out to be visible to the eye

Step three

I draw the scales from the back to the tail

Step four

Then i draw the scales all over the body

Step five

Finally, i shade the crocodile

MATERIALS USED IN DRAWING

Pencil
Eraser
A4-paper
Ruler

ABOUT A CROCODILE

A crocodile is a reptile with conical teeth and also have short legs with clawed webbed toes that helps him in swimming in water, and it also have a powerful jaws that can crush any bones into pieces.

Crocodile are similar to Alligator but they have small mouth while alligator has long mouth.
Crocodile are semi-aquatic reptile, which means it can live and survive both in water and on land, they have this unique body form which allows their ears, eyes, and nostrils to be above the water, while in some animals are hidden below.

Crocodile are brown or grayish green, and it's the only animal in the animal kingdom that have the most powerful bites, because of the excess muscles in their jaws which gives them the most powerful bites in the animal world.

IMPORTANT OF CROCODILE TO MAN

Though crocodiles are very dangerous animals, but there are very much Important to man in so many ways.
Man make used of the skin of a crocodile to produce so many things for example; shoes, handbags, belts etc.
It can also be used as meat when it is killed, and it can also be sold in exchange for money.
