Sensations Produced by The Energy

When we meditate or relax, we sometimes experience strange sensations produced by the energy that moves around the body. This can even be accompanied by tugging or spasms. If we are worried about these sensations, which rarely hurt, it is mainly because they are not familiar to us. These experiences happen, just like an emotional release, because we release blocked tensions and the energy in them. In fact, we can call them energy release. It is related to the contractions we sometimes have when we fall asleep. Maintaining tension requires energy, and when we release it, it comes out quickly to look for something else to do or discharge into the system.

We can also experience those sensations outside of the time of meditation or relaxation. If you think it is possible that you have a physical problem, consult your physician, but most likely those energy sensations are just old tensions that are released and the body energy that is required. This also happens occasionally to some people.

In part, our intuition is because we actually see and hear much more than we realize. An example of this unconscious information is the use of hypnosis to remind a witness who is not aware of having seen the number of a car involved in an accident of the license plate number of a car. There is a part of the mind that captures the information ignored by the conscious mind, such as our own body language, the body language of others and details of the environment.

We have all felt uncomfortable talking to someone, as if something indefinable was wrong. It often happens because one part of the mind is aware that another person's body language sends out a different message than their words. Your speech may sound calm, reasonable, and honest, but your body may subtly say that you are angry or false. The part of us that speaks. Our body language also hears that of others. But many times we are not aware of these subtle signs, and we only perceive a vague sensation. The person who meditates, by virtue of his mental serenity, tends to be more aware of these subtle sources of information.

Almost everyone has had unexplainable experiences in ordinary terms, like knowing who's at the door, thinking about someone we haven't heard from for years and meeting him by chance on the street on the same day, knowing what someone is going to say even though they're talking about a subject that has nothing to do with it. We describe these phenomena with different words, such as coincidence, hunch or intuition.

When one meditates regularly, the mind begins to gradually distinguish between chaos and rumors. When this happens, we grasp those subtle perceptions with more clarity and frequency. Some people are concerned about this, but it is a completely natural process, we simply have to learn to handle it, just as we learn to select and understand visual, auditory and kinesthetic impressions in early childhood.

While sensitivity may be the result of greater mental clarity and awareness, it may also be due to not starting from the right base and being off-center. Not a few natural sensitivities are in these conditions, because they often have a way of being unstable people with strange ideas. Such an unbalanced sensitivity usually does not distinguish clearly between the energetic senses and the own or other people's fantasies. Until we know how to focus and really understand these senses, it is a good idea to consider these perceptions with reservations and not be aware of them or enthusiastic about them.
