This is the kind of flat stomach that i want
But its not easy at all
There's a lot of work to be done before you can even think of reaching this stage

I know guys would say
"its damn sexy!"

You guys don't know the struggle 😢

Please don't shout on your girlfriend if she doesn't have a flat stomach like this

And you know the funny part?!

This flat stomach of a thing can be inherited
I'm serious

See there's this friend of mine that eats too much
Like you could practically allure her with food and she doesn't select
She eats anything eatable
And she doesn't waste food
She will be like:
"don't you know that there are so many people looking for this food and you're here not appriciating what you have"

To cut the long story short
This my dear friend have an incredible flat stomach
Despite the way she eats a lot
And what made me say that she inherited it is because, i recently just saw her cousin and she has an incredible flat stomach just like my friend's own.

Sometimes, i wished i was the one having the flat stomach

So i told myself
"Eddy, don't be lazy! You must work out! You must be strong and you must achieve your aim of having a flat stomach just like your friend'

Those are the words of encouragement i give myself

My work out is not up to a week yet
And i'm yet to see any improvement😥😥

Please i need your help and encouragement by upvoting my post and not just seeing it and passing.
