My happy places :) [@freedomtribe Happiness Challenge entry]
This post is in response to the @freedomtribe happiness challenge. Ive had a rough week, and have had no fun or feeling of happiness inside.. That shit has godda change, so here is how I did it! Now im happy again =) For a whole hour i didn't think about the price of bitcoin, or anything else at all!
I made this video for this post.. It is a short 3 minute video I just made with me drumming, and has a special 'moment' in the middle.. (1:45).
Happiness is contained in those moments in between.. It's only when we can slow things down and quieten the noise that we can see and find it. It's always there ready to be discovered!

I adore your stair case - did you do the mosaicing?
i was brave to share this, i can tell you ;) its not very good drumming really, more like a therapy show for myself.. i guess you realise that!
that staircase, yes it came out goood! its ferrocement, made with a steel frame, chicken mesh and then some concrete.. The tile work was led by Chloe, a talented dutch girl who came for 6 weeks to help.. Then she taught us, drew the lines on the staircase and we all made it together..
I definitely know that you were being courageous in showing this and I am glad you did. I just love the spirit in which you shared it. Who cares whether you are a good at it or not you were so deliciously lost in a moment that I just melted with Love. That's so cool that you created a staircase with other people as a shared project can be lots of fun and bring back good memories too.

cute huh! its really when we slow it down that you can see the magic shine through!! that music is gorgeous.. it was an angel who shared it with me, she made it with a hung drum player.. if ONLY i could get my hands on a Hang Drum! that has been a life mission since 25 years! ;-)
When 🏃🏽♀️🐒➡️🧘🏼♂️🧘🏼♀️happiness reveal itself 😃. You started the mission early 👍🏼. I took my first 10days Vipasanna 🧘🏼♂️ when I was 33 and now very firmly on the path.

Thanks for taking us to your happy place with you. It was so nice to see you transition, to loosen up and really let go. Then the sheer look for joy on your face, priceless! Damn!! You have that baby humming her resonance like a little didg in parts! Go you!! The middle bit? Oooohh - you ARE clever and it was a sweet, lyrical interlude. Seeing you smiling again? Gold. Nothing to do with the tea and croissant of course ;) and EVERYthing to do with all that riddum and stimulation of the reflexology points on your hands. I'm guessing earthships are built for great acoustics too.
