An adage that says that education is the bed rock of progress and development of any given society is absolutely true. The capacity of a man to live a successful life depends on the nature of education received by the individual.

A SPECIAL TIME SPENT WITH GOD
It was on a Tuesday, I woke up very early in the morning and observed my quiet time (a special time to praise God, read the bible and pray).
I took the reading from the book of Philippians 2 vs 1-10.

I learnt from the passage that God gives His grace to the humble and resist the proud.
No matter whichever position/rank we find ourselves we must remain humble.

I also learnt that in every place we find ourselves we're to be cloth with humility. This is because he who exalt himself will be abased and he who humbles himself will be exalted.

The origin of education can be traced back to ancient civilizations, where knowledge and skills were passed down from one generation to the next through oral traditions and apprenticeships. Formalized education systems began to emerge in ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt, with schools primarily focused on training scribes and priests. In ancient Greece, philosophers like Plato and Aristotle laid the foundations for formal education and emphasized the importance of learning.

Education can be described as the acquisition of productive skills, norms, attitude and competences which are useful to the person and the society at large.
It can also be seen as the process of raising individuals along mental, physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual dimensions foundation for individual's development. It deals with the transfer of experience from the teachers to the learners.
It is a means of shaping behavioral outcome.
