Hello and good day steemit friends! Its a beautiful Saturday morning, and to start our day with a good vibes, i love to share to you guys my artwork in form of drawing.
My Cross color drawing.
I called it "cross color" simply because the process is similar to "cross stich" by using "x" in order to form an image, in my artwork i use paper instead of cross stich fabric and i use coloured pencil instead of threads.
Fill in the whole paper with squares using a ruler.
I have made here a graphing paper.
Then, i downloaded a cross stitch application for my image reference, to convert the image into cross stitch pattern. My model here is Stuart.
These are the color palettes provided by the cross stitch app.
These are my coloured pencils, i've put the symbol on each pencil corresponds to the color palettes, and to make it easy for me to trace the symbol on the reference.
Then, started my artwork from stuart head.
My reference is big, so i use 4 papers and attached it to make it big (16x20 in inches).
Done it.
I like cross stitching too, but it takes time to make one. I really like this cross color artwork, it took me just a day to finish it, my apology on the colors, i mixed up some color like on the gloves, it should be dark green but i've just used a dark violet, but i hope it turned out well to you guys.
Kaya nga e. No wonder why Dev is such a great artist. Pero sir first time ko nakakita ng cross art. Cross stitch lang alam ko, pero ganito nga yung pattern. Cross art pala tawag. Thanks for sharing may natutunan ako.

Its a cross art alright, but its colors in pencils are very limited unlike on threads it has a hundreds of colors.

Ahhh kagabi pa pala to hehehe, yung mga dragons naman Sir hehehehe
