Newb Power Question
So I was at about 93% power this morning and now I am down to 40.27% - about a 13 hour time frame. Does a calculator, formula or any other mean exist that allows me to see how long until I am back to a higher rate?
Appreciate any knowledge that gets dropped!

You are replenished over time, but I forget the time interval, some number of hours less than 24

I found the post I read before, it says it replenishes about 20% per day.
