Breakfast in a Bun : Quick and Easy Snack
These are a quick easy and healthy snacks eaten hot or cold. I call it a breakfast in a bun.. no bread required
Grab a muffin/bun tin and grease
Place a bacon medallion/rasher in each of the moulds (as many as required)
Add chopped tomato's
Break and egg into each mould
Cook in oven on 200c for 15 to 20 minutes until the egg is firm but not hard.
Remove from tin and eat hot or cold. Great in a salad too
