Herbalife scheme

Saturday, September 9th

Before that day I had pretty tiring and exhausting working week so I decided to sleep few hours longer. But that "ding dong" from the entrance in the house woke me up aggressively. The baby started to cry, my wife opened her eyes, pushed my shoulder and said:
"You'll have to take that ding-dong!".
All others who live in the house were at work, so I had to "take" that "ding-dong" by myself at 07:40 AM. First I checked from my balcony what is all about. I saw a two younger men, both in suits and with suitcases. When I saw that one of them was preparing to push the bell one more time, I went furiously down stairs to prevent it!
"Good morning!", both of them said when they saw my half closed eyes: "We are selling extraordinary product and we think that you are right person for that!"

I was ready to close the door into their noses. But I asked:

"What is this all about?", and one of them answered, while the other had unnatural plastic smile on his face:
"Have you ever heard for Herbalife? Of course you have! Herbalife saved lives of so many people and everybody knows what Herbalife is! So we offer you this package of healthy products! Please, can you tell me if you have some health issues?".
"My back spine hurts a bit!", I said.
"Well, we have new potions that can help you with that! Maybe anything else about your health?".
"No, I am totally fine!", I told them but the guy was persistent:
"Well, you are too young to have real health issues, future can bring cancers and even worse diseases, so I guess that you will buy this package of products for 500 KN (80$)?"
"NO!", I screamed, "I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU!".
A smile on the face of second guy slowly started to melt. The first one remained consistent:
"Then you have to come to see the presentation of our newest products! No, a clever guy like you wouldn't miss that opportunity! You can work for us, each of our costumers has the employment for Herbalife!".
"No, I already have a job!", I said.
"Don't be reckless!", the guy said: "There is no better job than this..."
He was trying to push a flyer with the date and address of that damn presentation and I rejected with this words:
"Last guys who woke me up like this were a group of Jehovah's Witnesses who were selling their books about approaching of judgement day and guess what: they avoid to get close to this neighborhood since that day!"
And then I shut the door right into their noses and went back to my bed!
This wasn't the first time that Herbalife terrorists tried to recruit me into their lines. I was already familiar with their system and their false products.

Pyramid scheme

These two guys work in the business model that is known as "pyramid scheme".

That means that they would be payed if they succeeded to enroll me into their business. So what is the deal in Herbalife? All people who sell those products are also recruiters for their business and they the share of profit of those who were recruited by them. And if they managed to recruit me, I would have to recruit others to have a share of their profits.

With each level the number of new recruits is bigger but there is a limited number of those who are interested in the product so the pyramid collapses very quickly. At the end, recruiting and the pyramid become much more important that the product itself. So most people never get their profits and those who invest money, never get back their investments back. That's why the pyramid scheme is illegal.

Herbalife International

Herbalife International is a large corporation that produces nutrition supplements and self-care products. They employ 8 000 people worldwide, but more than 3 millions are involved in this pyramid scheme. Thanks to good commercials, those who are close to the top of pyramid are making really really good money. And those who were at the bottom were trapped into bad investments because it was promised to them that they can become rich in very short time. hat's why Herbalife International was accused for this scheme last year and had to pay more than 200 million dollars and change business model. But those changes were not so significant.

About the products

The first that any Herbalife trader will tell you is that everybody needs Herbalife shake! It's a replacement for meal and they claim that it is for everything! For energy, for losing weight, for getting back your body in balance. Many people don't understand that if you want to lose your weight you have to reduce the input of calories in your body, but what if they offer you a trending shake that can replace your meal, it contains the same amount of calories as normal meal but you will lose your weight! In that moment that golden shake becomes your lifestyle! Yes, you think that you look cool with a plastic bottle drinking your shake! And you don't stop talk to your friends about it! And more, instead of normal meal, you have a liquid meal which fucks your digestion. Ingredients of those products are also suspicious, they contain sugar and soy.

If you want to heal yourself with alternative methods, go to nearby village and purchase some domestic and natural products! I mustn't forget to say this: Herbalife products will probably do the job if you are overweighted and used to eat junk food whole your life! But for the rest of us, better to stay away of these lab products! Thank you!
