Escaped!
My strategy for getting back on track with my 'healthy' days worked a treat.
Two days ago I detailed my strategy for reengaging with my fast diet (the diet where you eat reduced calories two days a week). You can see my post here https://steemit.com/life/@drwom/what-adventurer-isn-t-hungry-pretty-much-all-the-time
My strategy is to call my healthy days 'adventure' days and to imagine myself undergoing the scenario I wrote up in the above post whenever the pangs of hunger strike.
The good news is that it worked. The power of my imagination, combined with my inner unfulfilled desires to be an adventurer, or at least a writer writing about adventuring with some kind of low-level experience (like feeling hungry all day) has given me all the willpower I need.
And it feels good.
