Benefits and side effects of consuming Pineapple.

Pineapple fruit is a plant that lives in a tropical climate and grows without knowing the season. Pineapple contains nutrients that are useful for the body and there are many vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B1 and folate.

In addition to containing vitamins, pineapple fruit is also useful for digestion because it contains digestive enzymes such as the enzyme bromelain which is a mixture of proteolytic enzymes useful to absorb and solve many proteins in the intestine.
