"SECS 8 Week 6: How do I want to grow old?"

Hi healthy people of beautiful community of #steemithealth hope you are doing great in your healthy life, I am also good. Today I am going to participate in another wonderful engagement challenge which is the last one of season 8 as the topic is quite extraordinary and I love it. Let's start sharing my opinion about "SECS 8 Week 6: How do I want to grow old?"

Growing to old age is a "natural phenomenon" we have to pass from it, whether we are frightened or not every child has to mature and then to be old. but sometimes I felt Alas!!!!! I may be a child full of happiness and enjoined no worries just smile!!!! Smile!!!about life just smile and playing but it's bitter fact we have to be old. Either way, I there will 50 years of life or more but the day come we have to grow and old age.

How do you want to age: healthy and energetic or limited and dependent on medication?

Well!!! if I thought to be old age when i never wanted. Anyone don't know the next moment of the life but still definitely we are growing and its natural.

I wanted to be healthy in old age, indeed i have to change my lifestyle. For this intention, made healthy and fit and didn't depend on medicines i needed efforts in my young age whom can be fruitful in later age. Otherwise what would be the joy of life if I will be in certain diseases and medicationdefinitely it will made the life sympathetic for me and others too.

I wish if I attained the late age, i never dependent on anyone for my food for my movement or anything else because the crumpled life is is burden for me and my family they will be not happy because when the old age responsibility is on young people and definitely they couldn't do it well and the thought when we will go.

Healthy life and being independent are greatest blessing of life and i wish i can have both of it. I don't rely on others for my movement. As it makes the life of other troublesome.

What are you doing to reach the old age you long for?

"Old age is natural process" cannot be avoided for this purpose I have adapted healthy habit in myself so that it can be useful for my future life like Healthy lifestyle balanced nutrition, activities in my life, proper sleeping hours so that I can be more active in my coming life.

  • Healthy lifestyle : As we know that in certain age groups diseases like blood pressure diabetic heart disease and joint diseases may become part of life. It mostly happened because of not adopting healthy lifestyle in youth, we never think we will be grow old and these things will become problematic.

  • I would like to be follow active lifestyle curious about my daily activities. I don't sit all the time and check my weight regularly by controlling my diet so that I will remain fit because once we are obese certain diseases may be come part of life and then it will come very tough to get rid from it.
  • Daily workouts : I followed workout if i take little more food, so that extra fat may burn out, also i do walked regularly either its only 20 minutes a day. It keeps me fresh and energetic.

  • Balanced nutrition : I followed a balanced food which contains fruits, vegetables, meat, pulses, grains and dairy products. I never eat same thing daily although rotation of above mentioned food helping me to avoild malnutrition or obesity.

  • Proper sleep: I take care of my sleeping hours, i am not night person, i completed my 6 to 7 hours night sleep, because it may attained my good circadian rhythm otherwise certain mental illness may invade the life.

Are you afraid of growing old, yes or no? Justify your answer.

I am not afraid from getting old, as i grow old definitely there are different responsibility of life. But now i am mom of a doll, in few year later i will be elders of others kids and family members.

Definitely they regard me in different way and our elders are life assets and their useful talks and advice leads the life to better direction.

Similarly, i couldn't deny from biological process of getting age its better i acknowledge it with happiness as its joys would be different from my youth age.

Do you have any experience to share with us about an older adult who is an example for you to follow?

The person whom i idealized as he was active and young in throughout his life. He was my late father. He always remained healthy and fit. He had no disease of old age.

He always workouts and use bicycle throughout his life. His weight was in accordance to age. Eye sight 6/6.

He never eaten junk food nor excess of anything, i never see him ill like other people even though seasonally diseases didn't effect him.

He always adviced me to do walk regularly and never allowed to awake us in late hours, he woke us early in the morning for prayer and home tasks. Thats why i followed him and thank God i am healthy.

Conclusion

In my conclusion i would like to say old age is also part of life we can not repudiate from it. We can make it fruitful by adopting healthy lifestyle, eating balanced and proper workout. Do not awake all the night. Through these habits we may have healthy old age that would be not less than blessing and we may enjoy it.

Hola amigo, excelentes tips para mantenernos saludables en la vejez: Ejercicios, adecuada nutrición, dormir esto es muy importante porque vivimos en un stress constante debido a la necesidad de generar dinero para sobrevivir en estas económías tan fracturadas y perdemos muchas horas de sueño y esto nos daña profundamente.

"Sonreir" wow no cuesta nada jaja , es gratis pues, nada cae mejor que una persona entusiasta, así que seamos felices cada día.
