My Actifit Report Card: July 4 2019

Hello, sports friends.
Today like a rocket I am begun and have taken steps up to the midday. Then in the afternoon I was made complete and almost nothing at all more has run. It was simply too warm and it felt as if I exploded. But, at least some steps have gathered.

Hallo Sportsfreunde.
Wie eine Rakete bin ich heute gestartet und habe viele Schritte bis zur Mittagszeit gemacht. Am Nachmittag war ich dann total geschafft und es ist fast gar nichts mehr gelaufen. Es war einfach viel zu warm und es fühlte sich an als ob ich explodieren würde. Aber immerhin sind ja einige Schritte zusammen gekommen.
