Working out without going to the gym?
Yes it is possible to look even better doing home body weight training than doing your normal training at the gym.
For me personally I hate the gym, for a number of reasons. The biggest reason is that I have found doing movement training works better for me in building and ripping muscle than climbing on 5 to 10 machines at the gym doing targeted muscle training.
I have trained with my brother before at home (back when we lived on the farm) we trained everyday with one rest day (Wednesday) and weekends we didn't train. At this time I didn't try my best to do the training but for about 2 weeks I did the training with him.
About a year later I started to train with my best friend at the gym. This we did together for a few months, comparing the results of the 2 methods of training I used one would guess that those few months would produces better results. Sadly this was not so, I built more muscle and strength those 2 weeks than what I did after those few months. There could be many reasons for this, maybe I just don't know how to use the gym equipment, I don't know.
We might not all have access to a gym, but that should not stop us from training. I will be doing some training starting today at home with no equipment, except a broom as a pull up bar.
Here are some exercises I am going to try today:

I've always been more prone to training in situ here and there than to try to hit the gym. There has been a few moments in my life where the gym was simply more convenient, but usually not. Good post, thanks for sharing and namaste :)
