Personality puzzle (featuring @funnyman as author)
Personality is a set of qualities making one different from another. It may include qualities like creativeness, intelligence, social activities, physical appearance, confidence, competence and more. A person cannot have all these qualities. One may be proficient in creativeness and intelligence while lacks in social activities. A lot of people get puzzled realising their true personality. That is why people try to act like others instead of being true themselves.

Extroverts and Introverts Differences?

Extrovert people are more socially confident and show others what they truly are. They have no fear of being judged. While introvert people are reticent people. They generally don’t open to others easily because they have fear of being judged by others. Introverts love to be alone to realise their full potential and they can be completely independent. But extroverts tend to be around people and love social interactivity. According to a survey, one in every three is an introvert. There is another kind called Ambiverts which is a mixture of both Extrovert and introvert. I am not going to talk about ambiverts in this article.
Biasing?
Research shows that generally schools, colleges and workplaces tends to be a bit biased towards extroverts. They believe that extroverts are ideal students or employees even if a introvert performs better than a extrovert quantitatively.
Who is better?

According to me there is no such thing like better. We all have certain qualities and only thing that makes us more valuable is how we utilise to improve ourselves, others and the world. Some improve it by social activities while some by their intelligence, some by their creativity and some by spreading happiness. Each and every person is good at its place as long as he does something to make the world a better place.
Who is a better leader?
According to a research, it is found that introverts are better at leadership than extroverts because they tend to make less risky decisions and listens to others ideas. There are very great examples among us who were introverts yet great leader of all time like Mahatma Gandhi, Eleanor Roosevelt and the list goes on.
What we should do to narrow down the difference?
Creativity and productivity comes from exchanging ideas, this is where introverts need to open up. Self realisation happen when we see inside ourselves in solitude, this is where extroverts need to realise themselves.

Wow, I resonate to this post and even though you did not discuss about being an ambivert - am actually one - Have you read the book Quiet by Susan Cain? It's a book about introverts more of - however, along the lines you'll realize each of us has both an introvert and an extrovert self and we tend to unleash one of them as the dominant personality and the other becomes the recessive. Some people could actually seem to be extroverts and turn out to be actually introverts and vice versa.
I'm claiming to be an ambivert cause yes there are those who are both extrovert and introvert - I am. People have a tendency to "type" me as an extrovert just because I could be bubbly at times but if you ask them if they know anything else that "matters much" about me - they don't. They barely know me - they just know that I'm the jolly, bubbly, funny person they hang out with. Only my best friends know me well for I hate small talks and dishing and only share most of my thoughts to people I really like and trust. It has nothing to do with trust issues - my best friends are people whose mindset happens to resonate with me and so I spill most of my thoughts to them.
As to "According to me there is no such thing like better." - 100% agree - the world is colorful having both extroverts and introverts and ambiverts alike. I say, Live and let live - see the good in every person, envy not but rather help the other person be the best they can be and most of all be the best you can be - and if you need to be better then be better than what you were yourself yesterday.
