후기
이번에는 목적이 있는 걸음을 하는 게 어떨까 생각했어요. 그래서 집에서 20분 거리에 위치한 마트에 들러서 필요한 것을 소량 사가지고 왔습니다. 갈때도, 올때도 걸었지요. 단순히 걷는 것도 좋지만, 이와 같이 필요한 것을 사오는 것도 괜찮은 거 같아요. 내일도 그렇게 할까 생각 중이예요.
