Hoy he realizado un poco de ejercicio, aprovechando la rutina diaria me enfoco en aprovechar los movimientos con una intención definida, ejercitar. Además he sumado unos minutos de dancing. Afortunadamente, aunque hoy mi rutina fue corta me siento optimista y con deseos de seguir avanzando.
