Build resilience

Nobody has a problem-free life. One way or the other, we must have experience great sadness and sorrow. But resilience is what will help us get through such times. Resilience is the capacity and ability to spring back to life when we are faced with adversity. But how do we get to build such ineffable quality?
First, we should avoid seeing the crisis as a problem too great to be overcome. Every problem in life that we face can be overcome once we agree to accept reality. We should try to accept the fact that change is a normal part of life and that, shouldn't let us down.
We should take a decisive action and try to move towards our goal. What has happened shouldn't deprive us of achieving our goal. We should also nurture a positive view of yourself as this is what will keep us going in life.
Lastly, we should try to maintain a hopeful outlook that things will be better in the nearest future. It's just a matter of time. Today may be the rainy day and tomorrow the sunny day.
100% its how we deal with our problems and how they change us and help us grow that counts. We just gotta keep on keeping on!
