Looking at the posts there are some useful ones but most of them have nothing to do with nice blogging and creative writing. The rules that apply are always the same, there is no poetry in the top 100 trending posts, does it mean that we are a society without culture or is it that quality cannot be expressed? There are no posts about art, these are mostly paintings, travel inhibition, some of which are good ones, but mostly I see the same faces on the front pages and it's sad because there are few new ones we support. Normally a system where when you vote for posts that are well paid and the author and you get more reward, he discriminates against those small players, except for exceptional individuals who belong to and work for the lobby groups. New Steem has the idea of ​​helping smaller players, but in practice, this rarely happens, many need to be eliminated in order to divide more money into fewer people, and the story is to attract new people, and this is just an idea for now. I do not see posts explaining art, according to some history story, few posts give advice on business, and yet they all find themselves in the same place every day, what people can attract these posts to our society?

This is where the power to close the dialogue is used, the minuses are given because the goal is for everyone to be like-minded and that's nice with the rules, but in practice, people vote for themselves, support their people and relatives, just judge someone for it and someone is blessed. It would be nice for no one to vote for themselves, to make some code to punish those non-cultural posts that offend people. Everything is based on subjective reactions, there is some justice, but justice to the extent that should be represented. As if under the idea of ​​quality and equity, there is a persecution of certain bloggers with a good reputation, who may have the power of Steem Power to endure.

I believe that the quality and the justice system will come to the right extent, it is a matter of time before the catharsis will rise. The positive things that Steem gives everyone the opportunity to build their app, their story and their fans and society. I see good things in all the changes, better solutions always come out of the crisis, Steem will move up to the stars if we all push together towards one goal. My experience in business tells me that intellectuals engage with creative ideas and those who are not successful talk about other people. Leaders come to positions when it is difficult, now is the right time to take positive steps in the interest of growing Steem, increasing the number of users and investors.

I imagine the day when colourful pictures and posts from different areas will be at the top of a trending page. It is good to see that there are users who have not fallen into the rain of negative stories, to continue with their posts. I remember the prosperity time when Steem was worth $ 8, then all the users were enthusiastic. I remember the first posts I wrote, I didn’t even have 1 cent earnings, I started connecting with users through comments and that was the path to success.
Today, it remains the same, we connect with bloggers, we need to give as many quality comments as possible because then we have a chance to be noticed and rewarded.

This is a new age that brings a rapid exchange of information and data, everyone can find everything that interests them. If you want to find quality posts that interest you then search for them by tags, select your favourites and follow their posts. I want to reward and follow all users who have positive and creative ideas that can elevate Steem value. Now, it would be best for all those with Steem Power to stop writing and reward only new users, thus having investor patriotism and increasing user numbers.
