The Essence of Success is Commitment - Sales are a Key Factor!!!
Today, few people understand that sales are the key to success in all the relationships we have in our lives.
Most people are not aware that every day they are selling something, selling a relationship with a woman, with a friend, selling an idea, we all need to have the skill to communicate, negotiation, persuade, close a deal. Sales are core business in our entire lives, there is no company without sales, there is no development without sales. Unfortunately, people see sales as a storytelling person who deals with manipulation and pressure. Due to certain frauds, the profession of the salesperson has come to the fore, but basically everyone has to have a professional level of sales knowledge to get the right result. When I talk about sales, I mean the moral codes that are established between seller and buyer. An immoral sale is when we sell something that the customer does not want, something that the customer does not need. When pressure is imposed on a company, or a business model is imposed that has no real moral value in real moral principles, then it collapses. That is why it is important for a professional salesperson to have high standards, that every sale is realistically based on the need of the buyer because in this way the great credibility and trust that is necessary to retain customers are acquired. The good news is that anyone can become a sales professional, which is a key skill not taught in schools and in the higher education system.
Sales can be learned, this is the knowledge that involves constant work on yourself, you need to select people who are successful in sales and follow their principles. The key stage for moving forward is a commitment, you have to commit to selling as if your life depends on it, and in practice, your good life is impossible if you are not a good salesperson. This means making a sales plan every day, recording all relationships (with your wife, child, friend, family, client) and analyzing the details and remarks you have had. When you make an analysis of all the relationships during the day, you start to anticipate the next sales conversations, you should throw out what does not work and apply another model of communication, negotiation, persuasion and conclusion.
The focus and discipline to do just one thing until you become a top professional are crucial to your success. I am not a designer, developer, but all my life I have wanted to be a salesman, make sales plans and strategies. I used to think that it was easier to succeed if I was working in a rich market, that there was truth there, but it was not quite so. Where you have a rich society, the competition is much stronger, the more difficult it is to reach leadership positions and gain a competitive edge. It is best to focus on the market you are in, once you have achieved the best results then start expanding.
There is nothing worse than getting into the negative energy and tips when they want to discourage you from selling, to give up on the goal because it is very difficult. You need to understand that the basic goal is to become independent, to have enough money, to have good health. If you are not focused and committed to getting better results every day, it is like wanting good health and continuing to eat trash, drink alcohol and smoke. It is the same with a key part of every success - sales, we have to dedicate ourselves every day and every moment to become a successful professional salesman. Knowledge is a crucial factor for success, I mean practical knowledge that works.
We have a lot of different projects on Steem blockchain, all of them dealing with sales and wanting to get clients. Mostly they share rewards or votes if we use their apps, some give their tokens and that's good motivation. Everyone wants to do a good job, have millions of users because then they will become successful. I guarantee that those projects that have the best sales, the best communication, the best deal, that give the best customer support will succeed. When I say moral sales then I mean that the promises made are fulfilled, that we stand behind our words. If customers are not satisfied with our products or services then they will leave us and we will be labelled as dishonest sellers. Commitment, focus and moral codes should be your benchmark for achieving your goal.
Failure does not take time, you don't need to do anything and you will have very good results. Success requires us to spend time learning, very hard work and practical application of knowledge, analyzing each conversation, making sales plans and strategies, sales presentation. It's the path to success, it's the path that frees you from financial misery. I have heard many people say that money is evil, that money is not spiritual and that only corrupt people have large amounts of money. My conclusion is that it is a blessing when you have the money you have earned in a fair way, that you can support family, friends, create jobs and be of benefit to the whole society.
Money comes to those who believe in it, who are professionals and who know how to earn it, save it and multiply it. We can make all our dreams come true if we are persistent enough to acquire the right knowledge, apply what we have learned, and devote ourselves maximally to action and sales. Make your own success plan, be disciplined and work on yourself, learn and apply knowledge every day. Take the opportunity to sell in a restaurant, on the street, in an elevator, on a social network, in all places. Business and success are boring, we should do the same thing every day.
