Steem Schools Report and Steem Vision For 2021 - 7 Contest and more than 4500 Users/496 Active

I want to emphasize that Steem Schools is not a national school, it is a community that brings together users from all over the world, I want to organize a systematic way of supporting new users to avoid bad posts, misunderstanding of reward systems, spam, and plagiarism. Every week we have over 100 participants in the Contests, which means that each of them has an obligation to share their post on Twitter or another social network. We hold regular meetings, the last two days we have done a Steem workshop with users from Pakistan, we have agreed to make one Contest for users from Pakistan, the organizer @mubeenaslam has done a great job. I shared my experiences about Steem blockchain, Steemit, and a successful way of working, there are many users in Pakistan who do not know English, they promised to open a school for English to help users to be as professional as possible. I soon believe that we will form a team of developers and designers to launch some projects that will be useful for all users. There is never the right time, bad time, it is always good and best to give your maximum because if you do not start the realization, you will most likely never achieve your goal and success. I am grateful for the excellent development of the community, I believe that a better organization will add strength and value that will be useful for the whole Steem. The most important thing is that there is great communication, that users connect and work together, with heart and knowledge. The strength of our community is not in the Voting Power, our strength is in ideas, motivation, strategy, and the time ahead of us will show that Steem Power will increase with all active users.

Objectives 2021 :

1. Increase the number of users to 10,000
2. Increase the number of active users to 2000
3. Organize a school of success (business logic of work and investing on Steem Blockchain)
4. Select major community leaders for all countries
5. Increase Steem Power
6. Increase the number of Contests to 20
7. Create a strong viral marketing campaign that is unique in all parameters
8. Organize video production for promotion - Steem Changed My Life/Steem has given value to my life
9. Building support for developers and making a Steem Application
10. Creating a Steem Token or Tron Token for the Steem Schools community
11. Organizing a witness server
12. Creating models and reward systems where quality and activity are rewarded together.

There are open places for all these positions, anyone who is active, who is loyal to the Steem blockchain can participate, if he has leadership skills or knowledge for certain segments will have support for development. We do not want to have a passive approach, to write posts and wait for prizes, we want to achieve synergy of activities, to create added value for all Steem users, as well as for Steem itself. Our point is that we can create greater value, through creativity, dedicated work, and of course that all of this will eventually be rewarded with massiveness and adequate earnings, but not in a way to devalue Steem value.

We have two opposing principles that need to be addressed. 1. The social network tends to be massive, to expand. If we just go to the masses without investing in Steem, and our promotions end up with users having to make money because that’s the difference from Facebook and other social networks, I’m sure we’ll devalue the Steem value.2. The value of Steem depends on the purchase, on the investment in Steem. If we have more people buying Steem than selling on a coin exchange, Steem value will grow. If we have fewer people buying Steem than those selling Steem at coin exchanges, the value will drop.

The difference from Steemit social networks is that here the value and earnings depend on the value of Steem, not on the number of views and the number of followers on your post. If you write a lot of posts then there is a danger that some users may say you are a milker, if you write a little then you are not active! Everyone should be given the right to write as much as they want, as long as it does not jeopardize the system and as long as they do not vote for themselves, that is great. Why would a prolific writer be limited to 1 or two posts a day if he can write ten posts? We should set aside a section of posts or a special community for quick selfie posts, or for short posts, to make it clear what real blogs are and what is more Instagram and similar forms of social networks.

There are several solutions:

1. To make a Community Tokenization, if each community has its own small Steemit system, in this way we can expand and be even more decentralized, in which case not everything would depend on Steem Power, but also on personal Steem Token.

2. To create a system of records and a reward system with a new Steem or Tron token that will reward the activity, how many comments you gave, how many posts you made, how many users you brought, how many investors you brought, etc. Quality scoring would be added to the activity, each user and his work would be evaluated by other users, so they could earn additional tokens, Steem value would grow because the new Token added value that has the power to attract users.

3. Steem Pay ( community ) Founders @flysky and @dobartim https://steemit.com/trending/hive-192273 , It aims to create an active market, which will reward transactions by specific models and system, all together to support Steem value. When people can buy with Steem, then Steem stays in the system and its value is not devalued. They would reduce the pressure to sell Steem on the coin exchanges, they would motivate users to be part of a system that will reward their activity. In this way, the Steem value is raised, the number of users and investors is increased, because there will be attractive details that are innovative and powerful, when they see them they will immediately understand that it should be part of the Steem blockchain and Steem Pay system.

There are certainly many more ideas, projects, the path to success begins with small steps. I believe 100% in the Steemit Team leadership, in the Tron Management team, I believe in the creative users and our common strength to develop a support system through communities where everyone will benefit. In every project that is made, no leader will be skipped, there is no point for someone to win, for someone to lose, we want us all to win together, that is why we are here.

It is not my first time organizing management, projects, and business models. In my career I have educated many private companies that have more than 200 people, I have lectured to professors at private universities on the topic of management and organization of projects and teams. I have formed over 10 successful call sales centers that are leaders in their activities. We can do much more and much better, Steem blockchain is basically a business platform that supports the development of business projects and models. For me, this is a challenge, if I work on all these projects alone, I will definitely need a lot of time, if I work together with other leaders and users then I am sure that 2021 will be our year of success.

For me, Steem is a challenge, a love, a teacher, a fairytale system, a revelation, a business model, a
