How To Raise The Value of Steem and Increase The Number of Quality Users and Posts at The Same Time - a Few Ideas...
I want to share a few ideas, I also invite all users and Steemit Team and @steemcurator01, @steemcurator02 and other steemcurators to be supportive because their importance is irreplaceable for Steemit and users.
-1. To make a school for new users mandatory, to learn the business side, and the blogging side.
-2. To reward only those users who do not work Power Down (this is the minimum)
-3. That the most rewarded are those users who reinvest the most money earned in Steem Power and those who bring investors. It would be good if it became a program that records the results of who brought whom, to see who reinvests, how much money he takes from the account and to have a balance on the profile immediately.
-4. To reward those posts that are of good quality and at the same time users who have positive ratings from past points (invests in Steem, brings in investors, reinvests in Steem Power).
-5. To create Steem or Tron Tokens for communities that will be on coin exchanges, so that each community fights for value and rewards its users. Maybe something like a mini steem system could be made for each community, so that everyone can build their career, on a fair basis for sure. As a mini hard fork, for everyone to get the same number of Tokens, then Steem will become exclusive money because everyone will earn their Steem Tokens and then they can buy Steem or sell their Tokens, the best communities that work best should be rewarded. In this way the Steem value would be raised, everyone would invest in Steem, they would not sell it to the extent that it is done today.
-6. A business team can be created for promotion and cooperation with companies, in that way they would gain in value, and many owners would not spend Steem but would become holders.
-7. Creating Steem apps that would make extra money if we didn’t have to sell Steem for a living needs, can make us even stronger.
I wanted to share a few ideas, maybe my opinion is not very creative, for me it is important that I wrote what I think, and everyone else can add creative ideas, to reshape my ideas. I'm not a programmer, but I'm sure a lot of things can be done. We have great developers, we have a great opportunity to stimulate the work of such users. I have asked several times in the last year if I can help with marketing, promotions, ideas to the entire Steem team and users. And our original content is not valued at all. Our posts are always garbage. On a large platform, 100-200 people have set up their own circle and are greedy. We are like pawns.

I agree on your interesting ideas, the points that you mean above make perfect sense.
But some people use or take Steem for very urgent needs, especially during this pandemic, jobs out there are very difficult to find.
Including me who take some of Steem for daily needs, but the deepest intention from my heart is to do a Power Up, and if I can afford it I will insert it to invest here. Steem for me has become a part of my life. Let's rise to the realization of Steem's dignity.
