Differentiation Distinguishes Between Successful and Unsuccessful Companies - Steem is Making Progress!!!

When I say differentiation there is a difference between hardware and software. Hardware are products or services in a company and software are people. Many people complain about differentiation, if we think of people then it relates to their productivity and profitability. Rule 20 - 70 - 10 determines the future of the advancement of a company. 20 percentage refers to the most profitable products of the company, the most profitable people. 70% refer to average products and average people, there needed to be educated and creative solutions to manage a certain percentage of products and people in the best group of 20%. 10% of products and people get thrown out of the company, maybe this is ruthless but this is the only way for the company to survive and grow. Nonprofit products take our profits off the table, nonprofit people take jobs and profit from creative and capable people. Sometimes people are humane and hardworking, but if they don't make a profit then we lose the market because surely competition differentiation works better than us.

On the Steem blockchain, the distinction is made by those who are creative and add value to the entire Steem ecosystem. At the moment Steem has a positive trend with the downvote system, this is where the big players give guidance and control the production of Steem, support those who are loyal and those who make positive promotions with their posts and applications. On the other hand, we need an idea workshop and marketing promotion for the Steem blockchain system, we need new users and new investors.

Who should be supported in the first place? In my opinion, there are several groups of people, 1. Steem Power investors, 2. Creative and honest bloggers, 3. Creative app owners, 4. Companies looking to embrace Steem as digital money. If someone writes a personal post about their life that's fine, but if someone writes about walking their dog every day walking through the woods then it's not good enough unless that blogger is Gary Vaynerchuk. People who create educational blogs should be rewarded, something that gives us useful information about life, nutrition, blogging, business, blockchain, art, etc.

Also on the Steem blockchain, we now have another form of reward differentiation. Posts are created that give contests and prizes, and app owners give incentives to attract new users. The question is how open we are to accepting creative solutions, whether we have the ability to accept all the offers and bring quality to the surface. I think that new models, a new balance will be built soon, and that new projects will bring a complete turnaround for the entire Steem ecosystem. It is important for us to understand that differentiation is necessary for the growth of the Steem ecosystem, it is necessary to create greater value.

There is a connection here between the social network and business, so the rules must contain principles from both structures. Business means we have investors, that bloggers make money, that votes are exchanged, and that projects and applications are made that make profits for the owners. There are also humane lines where those who have no money, who are creative and who really make good posts are supported. Social networking means socializing and having fun, sharing good news, promotions and information. We all love successful business and good friendships; now we are making a golden middle ground between two types of projects.

Investors and creators of the Steem blockchain have an interest in growing Steem value, it depends on the whole ecosystem to attract new users, investors, businessmen and bloggers. For me, the Steem blockchain is a unique and brilliant project, so I believe the future is big and bright. We need to invest and the future will bring us great material blessings, we can become new blockchain millionaires. Now the value is only 13 cents, now is a real chance to become dolphins, orcs or whales.

This is the best time for companies to become whales and gain a good position to promote their brand on the Steem blockchain. We need to follow the successful ones, which is to invest in Power Up and make good marketing promotions for Steem. I rejoice when I see users who have good earnings when their reputation grows, and I love when I see enthusiasm shining from posts. Our mission is to help the poor, to bring the whole world together into one family and to overcome poverty. We are going the right way and there are many challenges and obstacles to it, but the mission is so strong that it gives us the energy to move on.

You are so right!! I just became a dolphin and put in the last few dollars myself. Once I made dolphin, I invested more in the platform.

Last night, when it hit $0.12, I invested more. It is a great platform and I love Steemit. It is long and a slow process, but, I hope to keep on growing!
