... Even thousands of miles away from mi yaad in Jamaica I can get it. The name of the restaurant is called IRIE Iya and is located in Ibaraki prefecture in Japan. It has been on my mind recently to start a Jamaican bar & grill here in Japan. I’d only do Jerk dishes and occasional some other dishes like Ackee & Saltfish, curry chicken etc. But I mainly enjoy grilling. A restaurant is a lot of work that can only be done from the location. Thats why I’m still iffy. These days we want businesses we can take anywhere in the world we are. Have you ever tried Jerk Chicken or other Jamaican dishes? Lookin good. I'm not a huge fan of jerk spice though. I have a hard time with the spicy stuff. I wasted my time living in new orleans on that front lol.
Haha same here actually. If it’s too spicy I can’t manage. A lot of the jerk spots are realizing not everyone likes the fire hotness, and make it just right. I like the Smokey taste where I can actually the herbs and spices and just a mouth burning lol.

I'm gonna keep that going. I enjoy doing it. Each song is something special and most casual reggae fans haven't heard them. Or enough of them lol. I will sure they get plenty of reggae education!

I was gonna try some jamaican food once with my wife. But my wife has bad allergic issues to dairy and gluten. The shop I was gonna get food from didn't have anything without diry md gluten. But I will try it one day. It looks delicious.
Aaah that’s too bad. Try the jerk for sure. It is the most popular I wound say.

@dmilliz, I haven't tried Jamaican 🇯🇲 Food but if possible then definitely will going to try but one thing is for sure and that is Grilled chicken is delicious.
