My Actifit Report Card: April 13 2019
Today wasn’t very active but some activity is better than no activity.
After a quick run at noon, I went to the park with the twins and did some playing which included pushing them on the swing for a lot of the time and watching them as they did some semi dangerous stunts.
In the evening I went to the park with the twins and their friend Yuika joined is. She is like a sister to them and a daughter to me. I played a couple rounds of tag with them before it got dark.
That was basically my activity today.
I need to spend more time running and walking early mornings on the weekend as the weekends is basically for the kids. I also need to be more active when I’m playing with them though at times it is difficult as I’m trying to watch two kids at once. The tag game needs to be played more for sure.
