Ladder?? Jazz??
I’m taking this whole clean eating to the next level now. I’m going to be replacing 1 meal a day with a plant based protein shake. This is huge change for me and hopefully one that helps. My first 30 days of shakes showed up today. I’ve ordered these from Ladder and have 30 coming from a different company. The other 30 are coming from a company called Huel. They are pre made so hopefully one of these will work out for me long term.

I’m a little discouraged about my Utah Jazz right now. Hoping this is a repeat of last season and we step our game up in the last half of the season.
