Yes, Actifit which everyone is talking about.
Are you on Actifit?
I actually downloaded the app a while ago but it drained so much power on my phone so I stopped using.
My step count was 5000 to 7000 per day on weekdays.
I should probably try to walk a little more.
On the weekends, I’m mostly on my desk.
My step count would be around 1000...very bad.
So, I decided to use Actifit only on the weekends when I don’t have to worried about battery usage on my phone and take a walk to get some excercise.
Here is the step count I got after the walk on last Sunday.
???
I left home at 10:40 am.
The screen shot says 11:52 am.
Hmmmm....772?
I walked for a little over one hour and I was walking the whole time...
Is this right?
One hour of walk gives you only 772 steps?

そう、皆んなに人気のActifitです！
皆んなが騒いでいるものに距離を置く癖のある私ですが、実は少し前に試していました。
けれど、スマホのバッテリーの減りが酷いのすぐにでやめてしまいました。
週日の歩数は1日5000から7000くらいで、もう少し歩いても良いなと思っていましたが、週末はもっと少ないので、今回、週末だけでもActifitを使ってお散歩に出かけてみようかなと思いました。
週末ならスマホのバッテリーの心配はあまりしなくてもいいですから。
下のスクショ、お散歩の後に撮りました。

お散歩には午前10時40分に出かけました。
1時間ちょい歩いたのに772歩？
ずっと歩いていたんですけどねぇ〜^^;
ちょっと悲しい…

Anyways, I didn’t post from Actifit because my count of steps were so sad.
Here is the view on the walk.
It was a cold day with temperature around 4 degrees celsius but the wind was very quiet and it was a nice day for walking.
I’ll try again this weekend.

あまりにも歩数が少ないのでActifitからの投稿は諦めました。
こちら、お散歩の途中で撮った写真です。
この日は気温は4度くらい。
ちょっと寒かったですが風が穏やかで、お散歩日和でした。
また週末歩くことにします。
