Nice cannon. Too bad they capped it off, so they can't do a demonstration or something. That would be cool. Are you able to pay to go up in the tower? The view is probably pretty good from there. They cut the shrubs to make the guy's name. That's funny. At least if you forget what park you're in, you can just look at the plants. :)
Yes you can go up the tower for around 25 dollars i think. The cannon is a reminder for people to appreciate peaceful time. Yes that Albert word on the plant was really nice. haha
