Curation Report Week #02 by The7up [Steem Growth Community Curators for April 2022]

It’s hard to believe but we are already half way through the month of April.
In general this week was easier than the first week as the team is now nicely settled in.

A short feedback on the three tags curated by The7Up’s

Tag	Feedback
#steemgrowth	We’ve seen a general increase in users using this tag as one of their main tags which is great.
#contest	Steemians don’t like taking part in contests, they LOVE it!
#learnwithsteem	There were some well written and informative posts which could assist Steemians to grow on so many aspects of their lives.

Thank you team for you work, support, suggestions and feedback during week two.

01. Quality of post

One of our goals is to select at least 25 posts per day. Although there were more post this week the quality of the posts did not enable us to reach this goal. We have noticed that a lot of the communities are encouraging there members to write quality posts and we are sure in the end it will be successful.

02. The rule set for the Voting CSI

The user must have above 5% of Voting CSI and not be above 5% self-votes.

There are still a great deal of authors with less than the required percentage CSI. The team has decided to continue voting for these posts but to give guidance and encouragement so that these authors either start or increase their voting. Those with low CSI’s will be marked clearly on the team’s feedback sheet so that their improvement can be monitored.

03. #contest

One of the criteria for selection is the usage of 300+ words. Most of contest in the communities only requires 200 words. This resulted in less support under the tag #contest.

04. Country selection

The7Up’s strive in selected post out of various regions and countries. Unfortunately this is not always possible.
