Pastrami and Cheese Omelette

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 2 Slices of Pastrami thinly sliced (Any kind you want, can be switched to Bacon)
  • 20g Butter
  • 1 slice of Swiss Cheese
  • 1 Small Frying pan

INSTRUCTIONS:

Beat eggs in 2 separate bowls.

Season with salt.

Melt the butter in a small frying pan over medium-high heat.
Rotate the pan so the butter melts coats over the entire surface of the skillet.

Add the pastrami to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.

Don't forget to flip the pastrami

Take out the pastrami to a separate dish.

Pour 1 egg mixture into the pan.
Lift the pan from the heat and rotate the pan so that the raw egg mixture covers the base.
Let cook for a minute until cooked egg parts start to surface through.

You are ready to add the filling when only a very thin layer of raw egg is left.

Add the cheese on top of the omelette.

Add the Pastrami on top of the cheese.

Pour the second egg mixture on top of it all.

Flip and let cook for about 1 minute.

Remove from the pan and enjoy!
