Sir in my opinion, i think we should round up all the other competitions that are overdue except the VOICE competition, if winners are announced, the space force can start off by upvoting , except you have a different means of payment drafted out already. this would give everyone a sense of direction.
Yeah he stated that he will adopt the 50% liquid steem payout and from hence the competitions will be having limited time and limited entries. So we are employed to do our curation Job and not to pay the winner, but we can still upvote them like a bonus when they have'nt gotten their liquid steem yet to keep them calm.

Though I am not in the art department but I took a survey and I have seen people just submitting any images they can steal from google and asking for upvotes. Those ones should be ignored. Creativity should be rewarded. Remember you were rewarded your initial 1000$ because of creativity.
