Herbaceous plant, whose fruits resemble a shepherd's bag. For medical purposes it is used as a hemostatic.

Collect the shepherd's bag in the flowering phase or start fruiting (until the fruits are frying), in dry weather. The plant is cut or pulled out with a root, then the roots are cut off. The collection of plants affected by a fungus or with ripe fruits is not allowed.

Dry the raw materials in the shade in the air, in the attic or in the dryers at a temperature not exceeding 45 ° C.
