Home grown Lemon balm and Chamomile Tea!!! Whoop
Well this is my first bash at this, and so far im over the moon 😃
Picked up a cheap loose leaf tea pot From IKEA the other week and wanted to put it to the test!
This is super simple, 2 teaspoons of dried chamomile then 2 teaspoons (ish) of freshly chopped lemon balm as I've yet to dry any.
The taste was amazing, smooth tasting lemon with a hint of what tasted like apples, If you don't have these two growing in your space then I'd highly recommend them.
They have some amazing medicinal properties that ill be sharing with you in a blog post coming soon!
