The Delicious Mie - Noodle - Aceh (Bilingual)

Hi, do you know guys, Aceh is so popular with delicious Noodles, commonly called Mie Aceh. The right spice blend makes Acehnese's noodle very delicious and of course makes us addicted. If any of you do not like noodle, then you must not try Mie from this Tanoh Rencong yet.

What makes Mie Aceh so special?

If anyone asks this, I will answer, of course the marinade. And it may be different between the noodles which are cooked directly by the Acehnese and those which are not. Even if you follow all the recipes and the steps about how to cook it, anyway there is still a little difference between the noodles. But, out of curiosity about how the taste of this mie Aceh is, why don’t you cook it by yourself, next if one day you come to Aceh, you will try directly by yourselves this legendary cuisine from the place of its origin.

Well, I would gladly like to share this Acehnese noodle recipe for you guys. This time I will also add shellfish to my noodle dish.

Anyone likes shellfish? Well, as we know that the shellfish is rich with zinc which is very beneficial to our body.
So, for the lovers of noodles and shellfish, the combination of them both of course can not be denied. Especially if we got it for free. Lol.

Okay, let me just start it. If you like it you can follow the steps cooking style by @dhiannushur below.

Ingredients:
Noodles (I choose instant noodle - 2 packs)
Shellfish (poached and grab the contents)
celedry (chopping it)
Leeks (chopping it)
1 potato, cut into small pieces
1 carrot, grated (I did not use it)
1 egg (optional)
1 clove of onion, chopping it
1 clove of garlic, chopping it
1 large tomato, sliced it

Mashed ingredients
8 cayenne pepper (customize to taste)
5 red peppers
3 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
Pepper
A little cilantro
A little salt
soy sauce

The steps:

  • Saute the red and white onions that have been chopped, then put the tomato slices.
  • Enter the spice fine, then stir for about 5 minutes. Do not forget to add a little salt
  • Add eggs, shell, and soy sauce and stir until the water becomes slightly dry
  • Add carrots, potatoes, and water, stirring until boiling.
  • Enter instant noodles, celedry, and leeks, stir until noodles are cooked.
  • The noodles ready to serve

Hi, taukah kalian kalau Aceh sangat terkenal dengan Mie nya, biasa disebut Mie Aceh. Racikan bumbu yang pas menjadikan mie Aceh sangat nikmat dan tentu saja membuat kita ketagihan? Kalau ada diantara kalian yang tidak suka Mie, maka kalian pasti belum mencoba Mie dari tanah rencong ini.

Apa yang membuat Mie Aceh sangat istimewa?

Kalau orang menanyakan ini, aku akan menjawab, tentu saja bumbunya. Dan mungkin akan berbeda rasanya jika mie tersebut dimasak langsung oleh orang Aceh. Bahkan jika sudah mengikuti semua resep dan steps cara memasaknya pun tetap saja ada sedikit perbedaan antara mie yang dimasak oleh orang Aceh dan yang bukan. Tapi, dari pada penasaran sama rasanya, gak ada salahnya juga jika kalian memasaknya sendiri, nanti suatu saat jika kalian datang ke Aceh, kalian akan mencicipi langsung masakan legendaris ini dari tempat asalnya.

Well, saya akan dengan senang hati ingin membagikan resep mie aceh ini untuk kalian. Kali ini saya juga akan menambahkan kerang ke dalam masakan mie saya.

Ada yang suka kerang? Yaa, seperti yang kita ketahui bahwa kerang kaya akan zinc yang sangat bermanfaat bagi tubuh kita.

Jadi, bagi pecinta mie dan kerang, kombinasi antara mereka berdua ini tentu saja tidak dapat ditolak. Apalagi jika kita mendapatnya gratis. Lol.

Oke, biarkan saya langsung memulainya saja. Jika kalian suka kalian bisa mengikuti steps memasak ala @dhiannushur di bawah ini.

Ingredients:
Mie (saya memili mie instan 2 bungkus)
Kerang (rebus dan ambil isinya)
Daun sop (Rajang)
Daun bawang (Rajang)
1 kentang,potong kecil-kecil
1 wortel, parut (aku tidak menggunakannya)
1 butir telur (optional)
1 siung bawang merah, Rajang
1 siung bawang putih, Rajang
1 tomat ukuran besar, potong dadu

Bahan bumbu yang dihaluskan
8 cabai rawit (sesuaikan dengan selera)
5 cabai merah
3 siung bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
Lada
Sedikit ketumbar
Sedikit garam
kecap

The steps:

  • Tumis bawang merah dan putih yang telah dirajang, lalu masukkan potongan tomat.
  • Masukkan bumbu halus, lalu aduk selama kurang lebih 5 menit. Jangan lupa tambahkan sedikit garam
  • Tambahkan telur,kerang, dan kecap lalu aduk hingga air menjadi agak kering
  • Tambahkan wortel, kentang, dan air,aduk hingga mendidih.
  • Masukkan mie instan, daun sop, dan daun bawang, aduk hingga mie menjadi matang.
  • Mie kerang siap disajikan
