The two co-founders of Steemit @ned and @dan had a falling out a while back. They are now working on different projects. Dan focuses on his project EOS while Ned is more involved in Steemit. Dan made a post recently where he simply talked about EOS, made an update. The post was done as a "decline payout" so that he didn't take anything from the reward pool. Meanwhile Ned used his power to downvote the post. He then made a comment saying "Downvoted for aggrandizement" and that comment was upvoted to nearly a $3,000 payout. The fallout is causing some major drama and meme opportunities.
