Last Night Tasty Dinner

Hello, foodies!

Last night, My mom and i went to Eaton restaurant which was located on 6th floor Blok M Plaza, South Jakarta.

The Outlook

The Dining Area

When we came there at around 6pm, not many customers in their quite large dining area. But some came when we were there. And it was clean and neat as it is usually. You could also see their kitchen from the dining area.

The menu

They had many menus, all were Indonesian Chinese Food. Why i said this, cause some were adapted with Indonesian dish.

And they had a great offer for the chinese new year, only add 1k IDR for each main dish to get a portion of their dimsum. Hooray!

The Service

It was only 12 minutes to get the dimsum, and around 15 minutes to get our food. So you won't be too hungry when waiting for your order to be delivered.

The taste

Shewmai

With the soft texture of shrimp and chicken inside and soft skin. It was so tasty with savory and a bit sweet taste. Perfect!

Fried Wonton

Crunchy outside, soft tasty inside. 很好吃！

My menu was Angsio Beef with Fried Rice.

I don't know how they made this beef but it was tasty and soft like pork with the authentic smell of the angsio spices. The fried rice was the best, it was dry, and tasty. I loved how they fried it. And also their tofu angsio tasted so good with the high quality vegetables inside. Great food! Forget to tell you that they also gave a fried corn (perkedel jagung or dadar jagung) which was authentic indonesian, it had crunchy, savory and a bit sweet taste.. But i always not that into this fried all the time, so i gave it to my mom which like to eat it.

Mom's menu was black pepper beef rice.

It was tasty and a bit spicy from the pepper. The sliced beef were all soft and the vegetables were fresh.

The Price

Altogether was 90,200 IDR or around 6.54 USD.
