Lahmacun (Armenian Pizza)

Ingredients
500g 10% fat Beef Mince
1 bag of Mixed Bell Peppers
1 1/2 Onion
1 Can of Tomato
1tbsp tomato puree
1 bunch (2 cups) Parsley
1/4 chili pepper
1/2 tsp of chili powder
2 packets large Pitta Breads (the original recipe involves making a round, thin piece of dough, just like a pizza, however, to make the recipe quick and easy you can use pita bread and it still tastes great)
Method
Cook for 20-25 minutes Gas Mark 7
