This insect resembles a fly but the colors on their body parts look very different from fly those in life the human environment.
The color of this type of insect looks very attractive.
I took pictures of these insect in the afternoon on one of the small plant in the plantation chilli.

The eyes on the fly reflect beautiful lighting off the leaf of the plant @deltasteem so many insects we know nothing about.
